I feel great pleasure in testifying the scholarship of Professor Navin Mathur, who is working as a Professor of Business Administration at the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur (India). Prof. Mathur, who was awarded the National Merit Scholarship by the Government of India for higher studies, has a brilliant academic record. He has taught Business Administration for more than twenty-five years and is one of the most respected teachers in the University. He has successfully guided Ph. D. research work of about a dozen scholars and M. Phil theses, dissertations and projects of over fifty students.

Professor Mathur is a renowned author in the faculty of management. His books, especially Management Gurus, recommended by the Government of M. P., and Mighty Management Minds of India have been widely acclaimed. His other books are also very popular among scholars and teachers of commerce and management. I am equally impressed by his active participation in International and National seminars and conferences, faculty meetings and in meetings of professional associations. His contribution in University administration as Vice-Principal, Co-ordinator, P. G. Diploma courses in Business administration and as convener and member of various committees has been outstanding.

I am sure Prof. Mathur with his excellent academic background, scholarship and administrative skills, will achieve greater heights in education.
